GUIDELINES

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING YOUR EVENT AT OASIS:

 

The rental space cost is $150

A deposit of $50 must be paid in order to secure your date.

The other $100 is due a week before your event.

(All deposits are refundable up to a week before your event.)

The rental space can hold up to 42 people.

We can accommodate up to 24 for hightop seating.

Pre order any of our in house food offerings and receive a 10% off discount.

(We will need the food quantities 2 weeks before your event, and payment is due with the other

portion of your deposit a week before your event.)

 

Keep your event on one tab and receive a 10% off discount.

We can accommodate separate tabs for each of your guests during your event, but if you choose to keep everything on one tab we will offer you a 10% discount off any of your event purchases

(beer, n/a beverages, or food).

We can also supply drink tickets for you to hand out to your guests for their beer or n/a purchases.

(Event tabs are subject to a 20% gratuity after the discount has been applied.)

A minimum of $150 must be spent on in house offerings if you are not pre ordering food ahead of time, or paying for beverages on one tab

(in house options include: beer, non alcoholic beverages, or pub food).

(If you do not reach the minimum a $50 charge will be added to your tab.)

The space is located upstairs and is not handicap accessible.

Outside alcohol is not allowed.

Glitter and confetti are prohibited.

Helium balloons must be secured by weights or tied.

Feel free to bring in your own food and non alcoholic beverages for your event if you don't take advantage of our in house offerings.

Catering recommendations available upon request.

(We do not supply utensils for outside food and drink options)

We are a family friendly establishment, please read our KIDS DECORUM before booking your event with anyone under 18 in your group/party.
